Haley Pesce is a multilingual sommelier, luxury marketing strategist, and event consultant with a passion for creating unforgettable gastronomic experiences. Certified at WSET Level 3 and holding a Master’s in Food Communication & Marketing from the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Italy, Haley blends deep wine knowledge with a global understanding of food, hospitality, and brand storytelling.
Her career spans high-end marketing and sales for luxury brands, working closely with high-net-worth individuals and boutique producers in Europe and the United States. Now based in Palma de Mallorca, she partners with wineries, hospitality groups, and premium food & beverage brands to design immersive, narrative-driven experiences—from private yacht tastings to multi-sensory product launches.
UNDAI was born from Haley’s belief that luxury is about meaning, not just aesthetics. Whether curating a rare vintage list, developing a hospitality brand’s event strategy, or crafting the perfect pairing menu, she approaches each project with creativity, cultural sensitivity, and an unwavering focus on guest connection.
